Good teachers should have good behaviour. They should care for students and love them. In teaching they should teach them carefully, and also be strict with them. They should often communicate more with their students and encourage the students more.

As students, we should be polite to our teachers and understand them. We should work hard and listen to teachers carefully in class. We can do something meaningful for teachers.

But sometimes teachers make us stay up too late. And we often feel tired and sleepy in class the next day. I think teachers should encourage us to have more after-school activities and we students should work even harder at our lessons. It needs the efforts of both teachers and students to build a good teacher-student relationship.
