The cell-phone is getting more and more popular and it is a good media of communication. Because we can use cell-phones to communicate with each other and send short messages to each other. We also can use them to take photos and surf the Internet instead of using computers. They make our daily life convenient and quick.

However, the cell-phones have many disadvantages. Some people spend long time playing the mobile games and receiving or returning wechat. It is bad for our eyes as well as wastes time.

In my opinion, we should spend adequate time in using cell phones. Only do it like that can we make good use of cell phones
