It is two weeks before Christmas (圣诞节)and Mrs Smith is very busy．She buys a lot of Christmas cards(卡片)and puts them on the table．Then when Mr Smith comes back from work, she says to him, “Here are the Christmas cards for our friends, and here are some stamps (邮票),a pen and a book of addresses(地址)．Will you please write the cards? I am going to cook the supper．”
Mr Smith doesn't say anything, but walks out of the room．Then after a minute he comes back with a box．There are many Christmas cards in it．All of them have addresses and stamps on them．“These are from last year，” he says．“I forgot to post them．”
