The Voice of China has been a singing talent show on Zhejiang TV. It started on July 13, 2012. It even became the most popular program with people on Zhejiang TV. With so many talent shows on television, why was The Voice of China different? So, what was its secret?

The most attractive part of the show was the blind choice(盲选). It meant that the four judges(裁判) sat with their backs to the contestants,_making sure that the contestants were just judged by their voices. The show also had a famous group of judges, including the famous singers Na Ying, Liu Huan, Yang Kun and China Taiwan's pop singer Harlem Yu.

These years there have been a growing number of talent shows in China. Besides(除了) Super Girls, none has reached such success as The Voice of China. When the activity was over, many young dreamers were left in the cold again. The Voice of China hopes to change that. Lu Wei, publicity director(宣传总监) of the show, says that they plan to record the contestants' live songs into albums and sell in APP stores.
