    2．Zongzi is a traditional Chinese food，made of glutinous rice with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves or other plants．
    A recipe for making 10zongzi：50pieces of bamboo leaves； Glutinous rice （1kilogram）； Chinese dates （枣） （250grams）．
    How to make zongzi：
    1．Put the rice and the dates into warm water for 12hours or more．
    2．Wash the leaves and lay them out．
    3．Fold the leaves to make a sheet．
    4．Hold the sheet，fold it round in the middle and make a funnel till both ends are laid over each other in one direction．
    5．Use about 1/10kg of the rice and 6dates for each zongzi．The dates must be covered by the rice so that they won't lose too much sugar in cooking．
    6．Fold the leaves to seal the open side of the funnel and tie the zongzi with a thin rope．Make sure that it is tied neither too tight nor too loose．This helps make sure that the ingredients are well cooked．
    7．Put the zongzoi in a pot，cover with water and make sure they are pressed and kept still while being boiled．
    8．Cooking time：40minutes in a pressure cooker； 2hours in an ordinary pot．
