    When a woman took the seat beside me on a plane, I felt uncomfortable. She had to lower herself slowly, trying her best to fit into the small space.

    “Not at all. I eat healthy and walk regularly,” she said. “I believe in my heart, the people who get diseases are because they worry too much. But I never worry about my weight. I am free to be myself. As the saying goes: You’re free only if you’re comfortable with who you are!”

    I suddenly realized that Kelly was the most beautiful and cleverest woman I had ever met in my life.

    American people like to say “Thank you” when others help them or say something kind to them. People in many countries do so, too. It is a very good habit.
