Dear Lin Tao,As a teenager,I met the same problem as you. But now I can deal with them. Here are some advice for you.

You can improve your listening skills by listening to English tapes. It's also a good way for you to join an English club. Before an English exam,you'd better try to relax yourself by taking a walk before going to bed. And you can drink a cup of hot milk. I'm sure it helps a lot.
