We are students of East Senior High School. We’d like to ask your travel agency to arrange for us to take a two days’ trip. According to our budget, I will give you some requirements which you can take into consideration.

In the first place, my classmates are determined to go to Hangzhou .Therefore, please make arrangements for us to visit the West Lake and other famous historic and cultural sites. In addition, it is because some of our members enjoy eating delicious food that we would like to have meals in restaurants which have achieved instant fame. As for the hotel, we don’t have any other special requisition except that the hotel must be clean and tidy. Finally, I want to remind you that because our time is limited, you can arrange for us to go to Hangzhou by advanced passenger train or by airplane.

As has been mentioned above, I hope that you can satisfy our demands as much as possible. I am looking forward to your reply.
