    Do you know how important it is to have breakfast? A study of 2,000 teenagers in the US showed that eating breakfast daily is helpful to young people.
    According to the study, teenagers who eat breakfast weigh around 5 pounds less than teenagers who do not.     China is a nation with a rich culture in handwriting. “Even though the computer is widely used today, Chinese people should not forget the skill of writing with hands,” said a Chinese government official(官员).

    Why do airplanes take longer to fly west than east?
    It can take five hours to go west-east from New York (NY) to London but seven hours to travel east-west from London to NY. The reason for the difference is an atmospheric phenomenon (大气现象) known as the jet stream (气流). The jet stream is a very high altitude (=" above" sea level) wind which always blows from the west to the east across the Atlantic.
