There is more than one way to find out whether or not you are in the right field, or working at the right position. If you hate going to work each day, and are worried about the weekend’s end, it is one sign; but, there are other signs that you are bad at your job.
1. You always get left out
If you find that you can’t fit in with anyone who works in the office, it might not be the right place for you to work. If so, it is time for you to start looking elsewhere, because you might not be suited for what you are doing now.
2. You never get work to do
If you work with a larger team, but you are never chosen as a team leader, or even part of a team, it may be a sign that you are not great at your job.
3. You don’t get raises
When all other employees (员工) get a 1% annual pay (年薪) increase, or higher, yet you have had the same salary (薪水) for a few years, it may be a sign that you are just getting by. A raise is your boss’s way of thanking you for your hard work, and great service. If you never receive a raise, it may be their way of letting you know that you are not doing work to a satisfactory level within the organization.
