    16．February 5，2012 didn't start out well for Darren．He was told that his car had been driven off  when he just rushed into a pet store for some pet food．He left his two boys，7--year--old  Jim and 5--year--old  Rick and the pet dog，Kimmy，in  the running car when he was in the store．
