                              同义变形的副词

           有少数既可以作形容词也可以作副词的单词，加后缀-ly后仍为副词，其意义或相同,或相近，或有较大差别。这类副词我们学过的有下列几对： 

    ▲close与closely:close意思是“靠近”;closely是“靠近，紧密地”。例如：

    Singapore lies so close to the equator.新加坡靠赤道如此之近。

    We should communicate closely as a team.我们要像一个团队一样密切沟通。

    ▲late与lately: late意思是“晚”;lately意思是“最近”。例如：

    You came here too late.你来得太晚了。

    What are you doing lat?ly?你最近在做什么？

    ▲deep与deeply:deep表示空间深度;deeply可表示感情的深度。例如:

    The whales are swimming deep in the sea.这些鲸在深海里游动。      

    They were deeply moved by the film.这部电影使他们深受感动。

    ▲high与highy：high表示空间高度;highly表示程度，相当于much。例如：

    Whales can jump high out of the water.鲸可以跳出水面很高。

    The U.S. is a highly developed country.美国是一个高度发达的国家。

    ▲wide与widely:wide表示空间宽度;widely意思是“广泛地”。例如:

    He opened the door wide.他把门开得大大的。                            

    English is widely used in the world.英语在世界范围内广泛使用。
