Hughes is a 24-year-old man from the UK. He often wears the same clothes for many days because he doesn’t know how to use a washing machine.
This is not a joke. Hughes is not the only one who doesn’t have basic（基本的）life skills. A study shows that today’s young people in the UK are less able than people before when it comes to basic life skills.
