此题要求改正所给短文中的错误.对标有题号的每一行作出判断:如无错误,在该行右边横线上画一个勾(√);如有错误(每行只有一个错误),则按下列情况改正:

剖析: 1.said前加you 该行为含有宾语从句的主从复合句,介词短语in your last letter表明,主句谓语动词said前缺少you.my cousin, Ming Ming, failed his exam为宾语从句.2.that-which 当先行词为物或事情时,引导非限制性定语从句,并在从句中作主语的关系代词只能用which. 3.he前加that You know是插入语,其后及下一行为含有一个主语从句和一个宾语从句的主从复合句.he didn't, do well this time是一个主语从句,须用连词引导,that只起连接作用,本身无词汇意义. 4.√ 5.load-loaded load既可作名词又可作动词,作及物动词是“使负担”的意思.句中load应用其过去分词形式,构成系表结构表示所负担的情况. 6.On-In In that case意为“既然是那样”、“假若是那样”,是固定的介词短语. 7.去掉does find out后是一连接副词where引导的宾语从句,须用陈述句语序,应把构成疑问句的助动词does去掉. 8.encouraging-encourage What you ought to do is之后的help,improve和encourage是并列的不定式短语作表语,improve和encourage前省略了不定式符号to. 9.has-is “be of+抽象名词”等于“be+与抽象名词相应的形容词”,均为固定句型,句中is of是“具有”的意思. 10.hard-harder he'll be sure of himself的语境表明,他要更加努力地学习,副词even修饰比较级副词harder,用以加强语气. |
