I think love and kindness matter because the world will be worse without love and kindness. I helped an old man two years ago. He was riding a bike，then suddenly hit the car which parked on one side of the road. I rushed to him and helped him stand up. He told me that the brake was broken and he couldn’t stop the bike. He thanked me many times and left.

In our daily life, we can do a lot to pass our love and kindness. We can help the old cross the road safely. We can help left-behind children with their homework too.
