3.Why are so many people so afraid to fail?Quite simply because no one tells us how to face the failure(失败).In fact,failure can become experience that means growth.We forget that failure is part of the human condition and that every person has the right to fail.
Most parents work hard to prevent failure or protect their children.One way is to lower standards.Nearly 60% of the parents choose this way.When a child finishes making a table,the mother describes it as"perfect"even though it doesn't stand still.The other way is to blame (责怪) others.If John fails in science,his teacher is unfair or stupid.
There's a problem with the two ways.It makes a child unprepared for the real life if they don't meet enough failure.The young need to learn that no one can be best at everything,no one can win all the time.The young should be allowed to experience failure.
Failure never gives people pleasure.It hurts both grown-ups and children.But it can be really good to your life when you learn to use it.

13.How much pocket money do you get?How do you spend it?The Blue Book of Chinese Teenager Financial(金融的) Study shows that social activities now take up more of teenagers'spending.The book was about teenagers'spending habits.It was based on studies in nine cities in China,such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.The results show that students are spending more and more on their relationships with friends and classmates,such as having meals together and buying birthday gifts.Only one-third of high school students think about the price when choosing gifts.Most say they only care about what their friends like.

Zhang Wei,an expert on teenagers'financial study,suggested that teenagers should learn to make a budget(预算).A budget is a plan of how money will be spent.It helps make decisions about money.To make good use of your money,you can also set a limit.Learn to balance your wants and needs.When choosing gifts for friends,let them know that you care.Sometimes a handmade gift is much better than an expensive one.

96.According to the results,how do students spend most their pocket money?On their relationship with friends and classmates.
97.Which do most students consider when choosing a gift?The things their friends like.
98.How much money can a meal usually cost?A meal can usually cost a student's pocket money for a month.
99.What suggestion did Zhang Wei give to help students make good use of the pocket money?It is suggested that teenagers learn to make a budget and set a limit to balance wants and needs and let friends know you care when choosing gifts..
