With the development of the Internet,smart phones are widely used among people. Phubbers can be seen here and there.

From the pictures we can see when people gather for dinner,instead of talking to each other,they bend their heads,playing with smart phones,failing to communicate with friends or families. Some kids do not go to sleep even when they stay in bed because they are addicted to playing with smart phones. What's worse is that some people even play with their smart phones on their way,whether they are walking,or riding bikes or even driving.

Too much use of smart phones does harm to our health and the relationship between family members and friends. It also causes many traffic accidents.

So I think we need to control our use of smart phones reasonably. A better relationship needs facerto-face communication rather than the way through the smart phone.
