One day the great philosopher met a man, who ran up to him excitedly and said, “Socrates, do you know what I just heard about one of your students?”
“Wait a moment,” Socrates replied. “Before you tell me, I’d like you to pass a little test. It’s called the Test of Three.”

The man shrugged (耸肩), a little embarrassed.
“The third test – the filter (过滤) of Usefulness,” Socrates continued. “Is what you want to tell me about my student going to be useful to me?”
“No, not really...”
“Well,” Socrates said, “if what you want to tell me is neither true, nor good, nor even useful, why do you want to tell me at all?”

Whatever sport you take up, you can make it greener by using environment—friendly equipment and buying products(产品) made from recycled materials. But the final goal should be “green gyms.” They are better replacements(替代) for traditional health clubs and modern sports centers. Members of green gyms(体育，体育馆) play sports outdoors, in the countryside or other open spaces. There is no special requirement for you to start your membership(会员身份). And best of all, it’s free.
