To promote our language and culture, The Confucius Institute Program was set up in South Korea in 2004. now the Confucius Institute is all around the world. It has set more than 1,000 classrooms in 140 countries and areas, with over 2 million students. People all over world want to study Chinese because they believe in a bright future of China. The foreigners practice Chinese so hard. They learn how to pronounce and write, even use chopsticks.

    There is a big competition for foreigners. By taking part in the competition, they can show their Chinese. When we watch the show, we will realize they can speak Chinese so well and admire them so much, because it is so hard to learn Chinese . Some foreigners not only speak Chinese well, but also know much about Chinese culture.

    The Confucius Institute Program works so well in promoting Chinese language and culture and the achievement is great. Today, the world is learning Chinese.

    More and more Chinese students are putting study tours in foreign countries on their plans this summer.

S. and learnt to use knowledge from books and real life communication,” said Zhu Wanxia, Zhan’s mother. “Going on a study tour does not lead to going to a foreign university in the future,” Zhu said, adding that she preferred her child to go to a top Chinese university instead.
