I’m very healthy, because I take exercise everyday. I usually go to school by bike. Sometimes I run on the playground. It is the most convenient way to keep healthy, I think. I often play tennis with my sister in the park on weekends. Though I can’t play well, I am very happy. Doing sports helps me have a good eating habit. I eat lots of vegetables and fruit everyday. Of course, I sleep well after doing sports. My healthy lifestyle helps me study better.
