Most things that you drink,like cola,taste good,but something in them,including sugar,may be bad for your health. Sugary drinks make you fat and are bad for your teeth.

   What you can do:

   If you can'try and get organic (有机的) food. Organic food does not harm the environment. Animals kept organic farms are treated (对待) more kindly than the ones on factory farms.

   Eat fresh food whenever you can and cook at home. Don’t eat out too much. Cooking can be fun!
