                                动词变名词

          在本单元中，细心的同学会观察到书上出现了两个“新”单词:training和feeling。这是两个什么词呢？动词？名词？也许老师曾说过，他们是动名词。

          那么，动名词是如何演变来的呢？请看以下例子: 

          train (v.训练;培养) → training (n.训练;培养) 

          feel (v.感觉;触摸) → feeling (n.感觉;感触)

          同学们，查一査词典，找出下列单词的汉语意思。

         teach (v.          )→teaching (n.         )  

          open (v.          )→opening (n.         )

          在本单元中除了以上提到的动词词尾加ing变名词外，还提到了另一种动词变名词

    的形式，即在某些动词的词尾加(a) tion,请看以下这个例子：

          satisfy (v.使满意，使满足) →sadsfaction (n.满足，满意)        

          同学们，你们能把下列动词变成名词吗？

          Every year,thousands of volunteers across Canada work for the Canadian Red Cross (加拿大红十字会). When the tsunami (海啸) in Asia happened on December 26 ,2004,a team of volunteers 11  traveled to the tsunami areas and lent a hand.
