Online teaching can not only protect the safety of students and teachers, but also further interest students in learning. However it will increase in the face of the computer time which will be harmful to our health, especially vision loss. At the same time, the exchange between students and teachers will be reduced because it is short of the learning atmosphere. Some students can't follow their teachers in class. My classmate Li Hua fell asleep in class because he played computer games so late the night before.

In order to improve learning efficiency, we need a stronger self-regulation because there are more distractions and less supervision compared with school life. It is also useful for us to make a detailed study plan and complete it carefully every day.
