Today, most people are busy and have no time to enjoy life. Actually, your life can be enjoyable if you take a little stop and check your routine tasks(日常工作). Then you will find it's actually easy to make some good changes in life .

For example, waking up early gives you enough time to exercise, have your breakfast peacefully, read your book, and then get on with the rest of your day. You can also use morning time to plan the day. While planning the day, you can begin by writing down the tasks(任务) you need to finish in a day, and then decide which tasks are important enough for you to finish first .

Well, taking a bus, a subway or a train doesn't seem a good way to save time. However, by taking these, you' ll get the time to read books, listen to music and so on. As a result, you'll save time .

If you love playing with your mobile phone, you waste so much time doing nothing helpful. You need to spend your time on something meaningful, like painting something, or reading a great book. Also Internet surfing(上网), these days, is one of the top time-wasting activities around. So cutting down the time you spend on the Internet is one way to save time for yourself.

When you don't have enough time to look after yourself, you will probably have bad health. A busy lifestyle should be the reason for you to treat yourself with great care and make more time for yourself.
