Luckily， Djakarta(雅加达)， capital of Indonesia(印度尼西亚)， was willing to be the host city instead of Hanoi. But then came another problem. Djakarta will hold presidential election(总统选举) in 2019， so the government wanted to change the holding time of the Asian Games back to 2018. The OCA agreed.
