Hi, I am Nancy Stanford, 13.I study at Shawnee Mission East High School, US.

I usually get up at 6:30 am. After a simple breakfast. I go to school by car with my friends.Sometimes, my parents drive us to school. Other times, my friends' parents send(送)us.

My class starts at 7:40 am. A class usually lasts 50 minutes. And we have five minutes between classes. There's not much time to take a break, some classmates and I need to run to another classroom for the next class. Our lunch break is short. It is 25 minutes from 12:20 pm—12:45 pm.My school finishes at 2:40 pm.

I bring my own lunch to school. For lunch, I like sandwiches, yogurt, chips, fruit and a granola bar(燕麦棒). Granola bars are made of oats(燕麦)，nuts and honey. They tastes great! I like my homemade lunch better than the food at school.

Many of my classmates join after-school activities, such as reading camp, sports camp or language school. I just go to dance class almost every day after school.You may think it is tiring. But I think it is interesting. I like dancing. Maybe one day I can be a great dancer!
