One possible version:

Being a volunteer is great To be a volunteer is a great thing fof m?. I used to do a lot of things as a volunteer.

I volunteered at an primary school to help primary students read. It is a great experience for me because I love kids. And not only the kids learnt from me,I learnt a lot from the kids as well. I also took care of animals in an animal hospital. It is great because I want to become a vet and learn a little about different animals. In addition,I went to a hospital to sing to the patients there. I felt really satisfied because the patients were all very happy.

I think it is very important to help others as a volunteer. And it can help US a lot as well.
