    If you go to visit London, you’ll see a lot of buses and cars on the road. You’ll also see many bikes because more people travel by bike. Why? There are many reasons. That kind of pressure isn’t going to help you. And it can really make you sick. 

    The best way to fight pressure is to have a balanced life. Make sure you keep yourself in mind: Sleep, Exercise, Relaxation, and Food. If you get enough sleep and eat properly, and if you exercise and leave time for fun, you’ll probably fight pressure.
