Summer is the good season for swimming. But when is the best time for swimming in the day in summer?

A good time to swim in the day is the early hours---the body has the most energy(能量) to use and is ready for all kinds of different activities of the day. You will feel more comfortable if you swim during that time.

Usually it is not a good idea to swim later in the day because your body is tired after working for a day and also the weather condition (条件) can be worse in the later part of the day than those in other parts of the day.

However, there are still some exceptions (例外). Different people have different feelings and a person’s body condition is different at different times of the day. If a person is not tired at all after work, it may be a better time to swim for him/her than for others.

In a word, the best time can be different for every person. The person’s body condition decides when the best time for swimming is.
