Good morning everyone. I want to tell you about my neighbourhood. I’m from Sunshine Garden.

There are many volunteers in our neighbourhood.They meet at the community centre every week. They will have a helping hands meeting and share their different skills this Sunday afternoon* The volunteers are ready to help. They often help us with all kinds of problems. If you are not feeling well,The doctors there will help you. People here are like a big family. We are lucky to live in a neighbourhood like that.

School is expensive for many African children. Lots of families can’t afford (支付不起) school uniforms or exercise books even though (尽管) they don't have to pay for school.

For those lucky enough to go to school,they have a lot to learn. Some take two language classes： English or French,and their first language. There is also maths,science,history,social (社会的) studies and geography. Chores (繁琐的事) take up much of children’s time after school. They have to get water and firewood for the family every day.
