But for me I often exercise. I enjoy it. I think taking exercise can not only rest our brains and eyes but also help build our bodies. I think sports are really helpful to both my health and my study. We can also go for a trip. We can visit somewhere beautiful and peaceful to relax. And we can get close to the nature.
