Building a low-carbon city isn't an easy task and it will take a long time. I believe that once the plan is complete, more policies（政策） will come out to support（支持）this project. The government has made its plans for a low-carbon city known to the public in March. But people will see changes in several years.

    1.Beijing will lead the way to a low-carbon city.
