At the age of 40, Tom Bloch was the head of H&R Block, a huge company that 'helps people do with their tax(税) forms. He was very successful. Although Bloch was very rich, he wasn't very happy. He spent too much time at work and didn't have enough time to spend with his family. Suddenly he left H&R Block and became a teacher in a poor neighborhood.
