【题目】 Imagine if your journey to work was from your bedroom to your living room. More and more people in the UK are doing their jobs at home.

David works as an engineer in a London factory. He's been an engineer since he left school-but he is feeling less hopeful about his future. Heavy industry in the UK has almost disappeared. David also gets tired of his long train journey to work. It can take up to two hours a day.

David's wife, Helen, seldom travels to work at all. She is a writer. After she sent her children to school, she starts to work in front of her computer screen. When she finishes her books, she sends them to her director by email.

Most people in the UK, like David come(经常往返)to work, but an increasing number of people work as teleworkers.

So what are the advantages? Tele-workers can save hours by not traveling to work. "I hated my journey to work," says Helen. "Now all I have to do is to walk downstairs!" Many teleworkers say that working from home is much less stressful-good news for both workers and managers.

So is telecommuting( 远程办公)for everyone? "It, hard at first ",says Helen," because our living mom is also my office, and disciplining yourself(自我控制)to work from home can be difficult.

But overall, I love it.

1More and more people in the UK, doing their jobs at home.

2David is also interested in his long train journey to work

3When David's wife finishes her books, she sends them electronically to her director.

4Teleworkers can't save hours by working at home.

Recent years have witnessed the running of bikes across China. An increase number of people choose cycling instead of driving to school, to workplace or to do sightseeing. Bike-sharing plans are warmly welcomed in many cities. Mobike had 5 . 85 million active users while Ofo had 1 . 4 million in the first week of this year.

People can unlock the shared bikes by simply using their smart phones. All bikes have GPS and can be left anywhere in the public for the next user. They’re popular among many Chinese people because they help solve "last-mile" problems in cities. (3) For example, people find it difficult to get to the hotel when they got off trains or to travel around the city.

However, the plans have also led to problems such as illegal(非法的) parking, vandalism(故意破坏) and theft. In February, two nurses in Beijing were placed under administrative detention (行政拘留) for five days for putting locks on two shared bikes.

In fact, these problems are also shared by bike-sharing plans abroad. Started in 2007, Velib is the largest public bike sharing system in Paris. At its early period, it also met with problems of vandalism or theft. (4) To deal with these problems, the company come up with the idea of encouraging people to return the bikes to the stations by rewarding free time for their next rides.

Now, Chinese service organizations are also trying to deal with these problems. For example, Mobike sets a 100 -point credit score(信用分数) for each user, but the points will be taken because of his or her bad behavior. Once a score drop below 80, bike rental(租金) will be increased from 1 yuan to 100 yuan per 30 minutes.

【题目】 Do you often run outdoors to keep healthy? Have you ever thought about how running helps to clean up the earth? Sometimes a creative mind can bring us a win-win(双赢) situation.

Plogging began in Sweden(瑞典). The name“plogging" comes from two words -the Swedish(瑞典的) word "plocka", which means“to pick up”, and the word "jogging", which means“to run slowly". A Swedish man called Erik started the movement.

He saw rubbish here and there when riding to work each day. He became worried about the dirty environment and decided not to go to work by bike any more.

Then he began to run to work and pick up the rubbish. To his joy, more and more people followed him and soon the new way to exercise became popular.

Many people choose plogging instead of just jogging because they think plogging is a good way to help clean up the earth. Sometimes rubbish is difficult to collect because it may scatter(散落) all around. But if the runners pick up the rubbish on the way, it is quite different. After all, many hands make light work.

Another reason is that plogging burns more calories(卡路里). According to a research, plogging for 10 minutes burns 48 calories, while usual jogging for 10 minutes burns about 39 calories.

Everyone on the earth should play a part in cleaning it up!②是我们一起采取行动的时候了。So ready? Let's plog tomorrow!
