But it is not so in Lanzhou．It's cool and windy．We expect rain there and in the Northwest this afternoon．
And in the Tianshan Mountains, it's freezing．It's 0 degree．North of Urumqi, there is two feet of snow already, and it's going to snow some more．It's a perfect place for winter sports．
