In today’s society, everyone is busy and running at a fast pace each day. It does not matter what the reason is; your time is precious and needs to be managed effectively. Another cheap meal idea to try is a “macaroni (通心粉) and cheese with meat” dish, which only takes around 20 minutes to cook.

The house was quiet at 5 am and Tim' s mother was asleep. Only the sound of the big freezer broke the quiet. He’d dreamt of the cave last night. The purring (轻微颤动声) of the freezer had been the sea.
