This Friday afternoon a lecture by the outstanding lecturer Cai Rui from the “Crazy English” was held in the lecture hall of our school. The wonderful lecture, which lasted two hours (3:00-5:00), was well received by more than 5,000 teachers and students who cheered and clapped their hands from time to time. According to a survey made by the reporters from our school newspaper, what impressed the audience most were the easy and straightforward learning methods Mr. Cai suggested and the successful interaction between Cai and the audience. Therefore it is generally believed that this lecture will have a profound effect on the English learning and teaching in our school. It inspires teachers and students to work hard to improve our English.
