We are advised to stop outdoor activities like PE lessons at schools and try to let the doors and windows remain shut most of the time to keep smog out. Meanwhile, we should drink more water and eat more fruits, which are considered to be helpful in such a situation. To deal with air pollution, we individuals have apart to play, such as using air conditioners less and taking pubic transports more often.

Of course, the government should make/ set up laws to punish those enterprises which cause serious pollution. Last but not least, it is of great necessity to improve the public awareness of environmental protection, which will benefit us in the long run.
