    Dear Ralph,
    I am your student ,Li Hua, from first grade of our school. I want to tell you about the problems I am facing.I don’t know how to deal with them, and I need your help.
    I work hard at my subjects and do well in them. At home I love my mother . She is a professor in a university.Everyday she is so busy with her work that we have no time to communicate with each other face to face .My mother is strict with me and expect too much from me .If I can’t satisfy her requirement , she always loses her temper. Now I can’t stand her action. But I wonder how to do it well.
    Would you please help me with the problems and give me some advice on how to deal with all this? I am looking forward to your early reply.
