I am so glad to learn that you are going to enter a Chinese character writing competition. But you seem to be a little worried about it and I have some advice for you.

As is known to all, a positive attitude to the competition contributes greatly to excellent performance. Therefore, keep calm and confident before and during the process. Secondly, when writing Chinese characters, employ the correct gesture of holding the pen, which, to some extent, determines the structures of your characters. Thirdly, everybody has his or her own style of writing. It is this personal feature that says a lot about you, thus probably enabling you to stand out among the competitors.
