    Our school has recently set up a column called Sharing for Senior 3 students. The column, aimed at relieving pressure and ensuring the health of us students, mainly deals with our worries in life and the challenges we meet in the course of study. It has a unique advantage that we can seek from experts in psychology some professional advice on our respective problems. 
    In my opinion, our school attaches great importance to our study and our mental health as well. Starting this column provides us with a platform on which to communicate with others and pour out our feelings. On the other hand, we can turn to it for help when at a loss what to do. Under the expert guidance of the column, I believe, we can achieve our goals with more confidence and keep a good state of mind at the same time.
