I’ve just got your letter and I know learning a foreign language can be challenging for some people. However, there are many things you can do to overcome these difficulties.

    Firstly, obtain as large a vocabulary as possible. It is a good habit to do some reading every day and remember some typical sentences. Practice makes perfect. Therefore, doing enough exercises can definitely improve your listening and writing. In this way you are sure to improve your English.

    As for examination anxiety, it’s unnecessary for you to work too late before the exam. Instead, you’d better go to bed earlier than usual, otherwise you would feel tired the next day. It is also suggested that a jug of milk may help you get a sound sleep.
