Smartphones have really changed our daily life. We can make contact with the world at any time and any place if we have such a device in our hand. However, with the increasing popularity of smartphones among young people, some, especially those who are addicted to their phones, may feel anxious once they are disconnected from them.

There are several disadvantages of using the smartphone for too long. It is now believed that using smartphones could probably cause facial skin and muscle to hang loose if people spend an increasing amount of time sitting with their heads bent and in the same position for a long time. That is horrible.
