My Opinion on Cheating in Examinations
It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.
As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and don¡¯t work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.
In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools, we students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. What¡¯s more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

How to teach a child to respect
As a child grows out of being an infant and begins to notice and react to the world around him, you may find yourself wondering how you possibly impart (´«ÊÚ) all of the things that he needs to become a responsible, respectful adult. ¡¾1¡¿ A child who learns to respect all he meets not only receives respect from others, but also learns to respect himself as well. Here are some instructions.
Show your child respect. This is perhaps the best way to teach your child how to respect others. Listen to your child by giving him your full attention and he will learn to listen to you, understanding how important this is in communication.
¡¾2¡¿ The more you say ¡°please¡± and ¡°thank you¡± to your child, the more likely he will learn to use them with you and others. Politeness then becomes a normal part of any conversation.
Agree to disagree. ¡¾3¡¿ Explain your decision so that he will understand your reasoning and expect respectful responses. Disagreeing with you doesn¡¯t equate to disobedience (Î¥¿¹).
Control your impulse (³å¶¯) to overact. When a situation arises between you and your child that requires calmness, keep in mind that you are supposed to be modeling correct behaviour. ¡¾4¡¿___
Praise, praise, praise! So much is focused on what a child does wrong and how to correct it that the accomplishments are not celebrated enough. ¡¾5¡¿___
A. Teach manners by using polite requests and responses.
B. Try to remember that a child won¡¯t always agree with you.
C. Respect is necessary for a meaningful and successful life.
D. If he sees you lose your temper, he is more likely to respond that way in future.
E. A child may act like he pleases, but will respect being given limits.
F. When you see your child exhibit respectful behaviour, make sure he knows just how proud you are of him.
G. Setting a good example is the best way to start a child on the path to respect.

Using Garbage as a Fuel
Garbage can be a good fuel to use. The things in garbage do not look ¡¾1¡¿ coal, petroleum, or natural gas, but they are chemically similar to these fossil fuels. As we use up our fossil fuel supplies, we might be able to use garbage as ¡¾2¡¿ energy source. Burning garbage ¡¾3¡¿ ( be) not a new idea. Some cities in Europe and the United States ¡¾4¡¿ (burn) garbage for years. The heat that is produced by burning garbage is used to boil water. The steam that is produced is used to make electricity or to heat nearby ¡¾5¡¿ ( build). In Paris, France, some power plants burn almost 2 million metric tons of the city¡¯s garbage each year. The amount of energy ¡¾6¡¿ (produce) is about the same as would be produced by burning almost a half million barrels of oil!
But there are problems in using garbage as a fuel. Garbage that burns ¡¾7¡¿ (easy) , such as food and paper, must be separated from metals, glass, and other materials ¡¾8¡¿ do not. Another problem is that burning garbage can pollute the air. Our fossil fuel supplies are ¡¾9¡¿ (limit) . Burning garbage might be one kind of energy source that we can use to help meet our energy needs. This method could also reduce the amount of garbage ¡¾10¡¿ (pile) up on the earth.

Frank joined the army after middle school. He did quite well in everything besides shooting. One day, the new soldiers were practiced shooting. Frank performed poorly while the rest was doing quite well. After he had shot at the target nine times but had not hit once, the officer shouted, ¡°I had never seen such a fool! Don¡¯t waste away your last bullet! Go behind that wall and shoot yourself with it!¡± Frank went behind a wall, and a few seconds late the sound of a shot was heard by the officer and the other soldier. ¡°Heavens!¡± the officer said. ¡° Has that silly man real done so?¡± He ran behind the wall anxiously, only find Frank standing there straight, saying, ¡° I¡¯m sorry, but I missed again.¡±

A very exciting thing happened this evening after dinner. I was outside my apartment with my friend Sunny and suddenly some funny clowns came dance down the street. After they had been gone, a beautiful lady rided past on a wonderful white horse. She told us that there had a circus in town tomorrow night. Then a man came along with two tiny dog. One of the dogs had a plastic envelope in it mouth. The man told us to take the envelope. When we open it, it had two free tickets of the circus inside. We were so surprising. Tomorrow is going to be best night ever!

Under the help of the Internet, shopping is not a difficult work. Just clicking your mouse to choose the article you like, and the shopping is finished. You needn't step out the room. It seems easy and quick. And there's always a trap online. If you are careless, it will bring you trouble. You may find the color of the article is different from that you want, or the size is either too small nor too big. If you want to be different, you'd better not to buy clothes online. Once you put up the clothes you bought online and go out, you will find many people in the street wearing the same clothes like you.
