    The only rule for dishes these days"is that there are no rules"，USA Today commented．"This anything-goes mentality sees chefs ranging from humble （地位低的），small-town types to some of the biggest names in the industry satisfying their inner mad scientist by serving the craziest combo dishes imaginable．"
    Maybe it's time to make up your own combo dish．How about"broodles"-bread rolled into noodles and dipped in jam and butter？Better yet，maybe you could just rename a classic．What about Shanghai soup dumplings？You could call them"souplings"!
