According to the survey made by Health Magazine, compared with the past, people are in poorer health. One of the main reasons is that people are living a busy life without taking enough exercise and suffer lots of stress. Besides, many people  lead an irregular life, stay up late at night or do not have enough rest. Worse still, a number of people have got into the habit of smoking and drinking alcohol, and the pollution to the air, water and food has got more serious. To change this situation, we should relax at a proper time, do more sports, form a good living habit, keep away from cigarette and alcohol and protect the environment.
