Conflicts with others are common in everyday life. Last Sunday evening, Zhao Min was sleeping soundly when suddenly Li Yang’s mobile-phone rang. Li Yang answered it but he spoke so loudly that Zhao Min was waked up. So he complained to Li Yang angrily about the noise. As a result, it turned into a horrible quarrel.
To be honest, it was Li Yang’s fault because he shouldn’t have used his mobile-phone in the dorm but Zhao Min was also to blame — they were not calm enough and both said some really mean things.  
Instead of blaming each other, we should communicate more and put ourselves in others’ place.
