I’m writing this letter to express my gratefulness to you for all that you have done for me.

I still well remember the day when I failed in an exam in middle school. I was so sad and worried that I was even angry with myself. Seeing this, you brought me a cup of hot milk to calm me down and then talked with me patiently. You told me not to care too much about grades but to see the significance of experiences. You let me know that every coin has two sides. It is because of you that I’ve learned to think in another way, which has benefited me so much.

Mum, I’ll never forget everything you have done for me , your love , your care, your encouragement and so on. Being your daughter is my greatest happiness.
