Working individually or Working in a Team

   There are basically two ways to get work done. One is working individually. In this way, people can decide for themselves when to start work and how to do it. What’s more, they will be able to learn how to solve problems on their own.

   People may also choose to work in a team where they can learn from each other and help each other. Besides, they may work out ways to get work done by discussion.

   Personally, I prefer to work in a team, which offers me a chance to learn how to get along with others and share my experiences with them. As the work can be divided among several people. It can be done differently. Teamwork is always important.
