    Dear Sir or Madam，
    I am writing to complain about the poor service I receive when I traveled with your airline on 30th January．I flew from London to New York on Flight TMN 108and I was completely disappointing．The service was very slow but careless．When I asked for a glass of water that took the flight attendant half an hour to bring one．To make matter worse，the glass which she brought were dirty．What's more，the food was cold and tasted terribly．
